Composition

vitamin C (L-ascorbic acid) is 40.5%, magnesium oxide is 37.5%, gelatin is 22%.

Method of application

3 times daily 1 capsule during the meal, drinking plenty of water.
Daily dose of (3X1 capsule) contains 339 mg of magnesium (90,45% of the daily dose) and 607 mg of vitamin C (75,9% of the daily dose)
